I have also managed five kick starters, recruited from the department of work and pensions (WDP) during the pandemic. They were offered support for 6 months, where evidence had to be gathered in relation to benefits of the products and services, we also offered methods used for capturing competences i.e., learning logs and training journals. personal development plan, CPD continuous professional development board, witness testimonies, online programme workbooks, supervision, appraisal & record discussion and observations etc. This involved many skills to ensure learners are learning about service culture, core values, brand promise, examples of media policy, staff handbooks, programme workbooks along with developing key functional skills to do with the curriculum or placement requirements.
As an experienced EDI OD & HR professional who has flair and creativity, I have worked across the NHS workforce to develop the freedoms needed for culture to change and improve, by creating the right conditions for organisational development and people improvement, both in the public and voluntary community sector. Such as developing staff from and networks, developing surveys and focus groups.
Furthermore, I have also been responsible for the development of innovative strategies promoting inclusive leadership, on inclusion, learning, and personal improvement, ensuring staff across the NHS and VCFS landscape are engaged in the process of making their organization a better place to work in so they can go on to provide patients with an improved, professional and consistent service.
