Yosra

I am a PHD student in my last year of thesis, currently I am continuing my studies in the Materials Chemical Engineering Department, Faculty of chemistry, team of Physicochemistry of Industrial and Environmental Processes, Universidad Complutense Madrid. I did my research master's degree in organic chemistry in Tunisia in a laboratory of heterocyclic chemistry, natural products and reactivity (CHPNR), team of reactivity and catalysis of the Faculty ofSciences of Monastir (FSM), I'm extremely motivated to constantly develop my chemistry skills and grow professionally. I have done research on synthesis and reactivity of several organic chemical compounds more than 7 years. I did a year of giving courses in all scientific and literary subjects for 6th graders who study in a French high school. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas to obtain Successful working in a team environment as well to be able to follow instructions and deliver quality results.

My teaching methods are: * Encourage research * Improve problem solving and critical thinking skills * Avoid receiving a lot of knowledge at once * Adopt more soft skills * Check student understanding and Improve self-assessment. It is this notion of work that I want to share with my students because the sooner they will be aware of it, the sooner they will be able to free themselves from the chains that bind them. I had the chance to live in different countries, which gave me a different perspective and a rich cultural experience that I love to share with my students.
