Throughout my career, I have contributed to impacting learning outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of lesson deliveries. My skills and qualifications are an ideal match to the ESL Teacher requirements and will bring immediate value to my learners.
I am independently motivated, yet I appreciate contributions from my students and collaborate productively with them for success. I believe my communication, observation and customer service abilities will support and drive my students' goals in learning with me online. Additionally, I am knowledgeable about child development and elementary education with proficiency in online classroom management.
From early childhood education to tertiary education, all of my educational experiences have been in English. As I completed my high school education, I earned a Diploma in Computer Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a National Innovative Basic Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. A graduate of the 120-Hours TESOL/TEFL Certificate-Accredited course, I am a certified TESOL/TEFL teacher. I am also skilled in the Practice and Principles of Montessori Education by attending a 7-week training course in 2018. I attended a 5 week course on Mainstreaming Early Childhood Education into Education Sector Planning with the International Institute for Educational Planning- UNESCO in 2019; and all these courses have improved my teaching efficiency. I am pleased to offer my expertise to my students here. I am also certified with the 60-Hour Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL) certification. I look forward to hearing from you.
