I have been in education for about 10 years, I have helped det up courses in English, Maths and science. I have worked with students of different educational needs. I have taught the GCSE's in science and upto triple level in Biology, Chemistry and physics. I have my PGCE and QTS

I feel that during my time within education I have gained the relevant experience and during this time, I have help set-up, developed, and run the entry level for Science and the Functional Skills for Maths and English. During this period, I have developed schemes of work for both the Science and Maths courses. This has had a positive impact on students and allowed students to gain a qualification within their core subjects as well as their GCSE’s. This allows students to gain confidence and achieve a good grade that they can take forward within college. This has helped students with their self-esteem that they can and have passed subjects in school and allowed them onto their courses at college and not re-sit English and maths at college. I have taught GCSE's in all 3 sciences to triple level. My methods of teaching is to engage students in the learning, to give them tools to help understand and develop their learning through questioning also to go at a pace and level that allows them to access the learning and then develop it.
