September 2022 – Present National Tutoring Programme 1:1/small group tutoring to over 20 pupils including those with SEND.

January 2001 – present Private Piano/Singing Teacher (All ages and abilities) Individual music lessons, pre-school to adults, exam entries with ABRSM, RSL and MTB.

April 2017 – present - Voluntary PAT Dog Work (Pets as therapy) Pastoral care for children in school, university students and adults in care.

I am an experienced Teacher/Tutor with outstanding classroom management, quality first teaching, enthusiasm, energy and dedication. I have 20 years’ experience in primary teaching, and I am also a confident and competent tutor. I am experienced in planning, leading and assessing intervention groups as well as tutoring pupils on a 1:1 basis. Throughout my teaching career I have delivered lessons for a range of students with SEND including ADHD and ASD. I am an enthusiastic, understanding and approachable tutor and I tailor my lessons to personally suit each individual student. I also have more than 20 years’ experience as a private piano and singing tutor, working with children, teenagers and adults. I have successfully guided pupils of all ages and abilities through grades, exams and individual, personal goals. I have danced for over 40 years and I have taught at a local dance school for many years. I regularly perform in local shows, where I sing, dance and act.
