I completed an access course to higher education in English, Sociology and History, I then went on to complete my Sociology and Education degree in which I received a 2:1 BA Hons. I then completed a PGCE in Sociology and Education with a distinction grade.
Présentation
Hello, I am Louise and I have worked in education for 5 years. I started off my education journey as a teaching assistant in a high school. This gave me an insight on SEND students and how the education system and how teaching styles need to vary depending on the student. Whilst on placement, I taught English, Sociology and RE, giving me a good understanding of different subjects and their exam requirements. I then went onto complete my PGCE and completed my teaching placements in a very affluent school and a school in a lower demographic area. This gave me an understanding of how the education system differs depending on the students. I have had to adapt my teaching to meet the needs of different students.
