Temporary Manager (Interim) at First Class Learning (July 3rd, 2023 – August 3rd, 2023): Responsibilities: As an interim manager, I managed tutoring operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining team collaboration. Key achievements include exceptional leadership, analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Volunteering: Teaching assistant (Young Modern Foreign Language Leader) at Oak View Primary and Nursery School (February 2020): Responsibilities: I played a leading role in presenting a language and culture to primary school children. I planned, executed, and evaluated interactive learning activities for Year 5 pupils with a small team.
