When I was in college, I began to work part-time as an art teacher, a Chinese teacher, and some other architectural design work. Until I graduated from college, I had work experience in many fields. I have always believed that interest is the best teacher for people. When we have a strong interest in a certain discipline or something, we will unconsciously integrate into it, and we will not feel tired in the process. So before we come into contact with a certain subject, we should make it clear whether we are very interested in it. Second, I think it is very important to stick to it when learning a subject. So generally, when teaching, I really don't like to force students to do things they don't like, because they can't learn anything for them. I will try to communicate with them, understand their interests and preferences, and integrate my teaching content with their interests as much as possible, so as to give them a lot of confidence.
