I obtained both Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in building construction technology, from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Ogun State Nigeria. Currently a student of University of East London studying Construction Engineering Management (Msc), 2 Modules away from completion.

My name is Babatunde James, I'm 45 years old, and I've been a freelance instructor for 15 years. With the aim of attaining the best progress with everyone, I am passionate about teaching and taking a personal approach to each individual. I enjoy doing a variety of other activities, such as travelling, cooking, and conversing with like-minded others about progressive issues. In addition, I have a great sense of humour, enthusiasm, and respect. The way I teach is more like coaching; I prefer to ask the proper questions of my students than to provide them with the answers; this gives them a better understanding of what they are learning. I believe it is best to assist in their skill development, hence I prefer coaching to a lecturing pattern. I have a strong desire to better equip my students for upcoming challenges.
