I would like to introduce myself as very dedicated professional working as a teacher of English since 1992. I hold two Bachelor Degrees in Education, the first one is about Language Teaching at San Marcos University and the second one is about Biology at Garcilaso de la Vega University. Currently I am studying for a master’s degree in Learning Difficulties.

Since my work load involved a substantial amount of hours working with children in primary and secondary levels, in the last few years I have been building on my practical knowledge of SLA (Second language acquisition) Pedagogy and I have been taking part in various online professional development sessions. There has been a tremendous increment in efficacy in my teaching experience by implementing a new skill-based curriculum. My program is characterised by a solid teaching and learning cycle with clear alignment between a scope and sequence, learning intentions, well-scaffolded student-centred learning activities, a timely feedback process, tracking and analysis of students' progress and realistic assessment. All this has been achieved by many years of teaching experience. It is well known that students respond well to clear goals and concrete results, my lessons and practical delivery are always focused on developing skills.
