I am an experienced, dedicated, and passionate ESL teacher, a lifetime learner, and a versatile trainer. I possess an English native-speaking ability, a sheer teaching vocation, solid teaching and language knowledge, and the capacity to pass it on to others. I am career-oriented, and always looking for personal and professional development. As someone with a wide international teaching experience of 20 years, I have improved every institution I have worked at, championing student-centered methodology content and language-integrated learning; training teachers in the areas of lesson planning, classroom management, phonology, advanced listening, writing, reading and speaking strategies, and the use of modern technology in the classroom; lastly creating entirely new curriculum when the old one has been voided. Always a reliable team player, I am a well of resources, ideas, and projects; I am 100% committed to excellence, quality, and students’ success acknowledged and built through many experiences, trials, and everyday efforts. As a teacher, I believe knowledge and skills are essential to function successfully within both the school community and the multilingual, multicultural society, and that communication is the key. Throughout my studies and international teaching experience, I have developed excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills that have enabled me to thrive in a culturally diverse environment. I am a highly adaptive and fast-learning educator with a breadth of life experience who flourishes in situations requiring quick thinking and creativity. I am also an ESL Business trainer with a vast international working experience in teaching General English to Adults, Business English, In-house Business English for Corporate Clients and online English. I would like to mention that I have been a certified translator (English/French) since 2001. I have taught Business English to French, Hungarian, German, Austrian, Kazakh, Romanian and Chinese managers and executives, from Absolute Beginner to Advanced levels.I have also prepared many corporate clients for TOEIC, especially when I worked in Paris for Adomlingua school as I hold a European Examiner certificate since 2003 as well. My teaching philosophy: “All students can learn, we just need to find a way that is suitable for them.”
