European Baccalaureate IELTS TEFL CBTE

Hello there! I am Tutor Bob. I am 41 years old and at the moment I am living in Thailand. My lessons are tailored to the students' desires and needs. I am IELTS(International English Testing System), TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and CTBE (Certificate for Teaching Business English), certified. As a Business English Tutor I am mainly working with motivated people who are looking to improve their business English skills from beginners to advanced and we are working on topics as simple as how to answer the phone, write an email or welcome a guest to more complex situations like increasing the chances of getting a promotion or a better job, writing a resume and a cover letter and role playing the situation. Its fun! and productive and my focus is 100% on what the student wants to achieve. I have extensive experience working with people and I have genuine interest in teaching and the financial markets. In my work experience I have trained groups of employees where I had to teach sales techniques, communication skills, customer service skills, phone etiquette and also I have had the responsibility to teach personnel, the various training programs of different event venues in London.
