Hi! My name is Adele, I am an American violinist and film composer now living in London. I specialize in private violin instruction for beginners, specifically young students ages 5-15. I want all my students, first and foremost, to have fun playing and learning music! In my lessons, we play games, do listening activities, and incorporate breaks and rest time. My goals as a teacher is to show my students how to properly hold and play the violin, how to read sheet music, basic music theory, and to play standard Classical repertoire using the Suzuki method. In addition to violin, I also have experience teaching music production and film composition, particularly using Logic Pro X, to beginners of any age. I work full-time as a film composer, with experience scoring a wide range of projects, including a documentary starring Dr. Jane Goodall. I love music, and I want my students to love music! Every student, no matter age or level, is a musician and a collaborator, and I hope to foster a safe and exciting learning environment.
